By booking our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they contain important information about your rights and obligations.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1

Booking Fee Requirement

A non-refundable booking fee of £25 is required to secure a waste collection appointment.

1.2

Payment Structure

This booking fee will be deducted from the final cost of your clearance. For example, if your total quote is £100, you will pay £25 at the time of booking and the remaining £75 upon completion of the job.

2. Liability and Service Limitations

2.1

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, traffic incidents, access restrictions). In such cases, reschedules, flexibility and/or refunded pre-payments may be accepted.

2.2

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the collection site. If access is obstructed, restricted, or unsafe, the job may be refused, and the booking fee forfeited.

2.3

Our Guarantees

If a collection is missed, delayed, or incomplete due to circumstances within our control, we will either:

Rearrange the collection at no additional cost, or
Refund the £25 booking fee (where no service has been provided)

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss (such as loss of earnings, delays to third-party services, or additional costs incurred) resulting from a missed, delayed, or incomplete collection. If the issue is caused by the customer (e.g., no access, incorrect details provided, unsafe conditions), the booking fee will be forfeited in line with section 4.

3. Waste Collection and Time Allocation

3.1

Volume-Based Pricing

Service charges are calculated based on the volume of waste collected (in cubic yards).

3.2

Time Allocation

A set amount of collection time is allocated depending on the booked volume, including labour.

3.3

Standard Time Allocations

1–6 cubic yards

up to 30 minutes of collection time

7–10 cubic yards

up to 1 hour of collection time

3.4

Large Collections (Over 10 cubic yards)

Our team will continue until the job is completed, the vehicle is full, or a maximum of 6 hours has been spent on-site, whichever occurs first. Additional charges may apply if the job exceeds these parameters.

4. Missed Appointments and Cancellations

4.1

Non-Refundable Policy

The £25 booking fee is strictly non-refundable.

4.2

Waiting Period

Upon arrival, our collection team will wait for a maximum of 20 minutes at your address.

4.3

Contact Attempts

During this period, our team will make reasonable attempts to contact you using the provided details.

Missed Appointment Consequences

If you fail to meet our team within this timeframe, the appointment will be treated as missed. The £25 booking fee will be forfeited to cover our costs. To reschedule, you must make a new booking and pay a new £25 booking fee. No disputes regarding forfeiture of the booking fee for a missed appointment will be accepted.
